Welcome to Mar Jabouille – www.marjabouille.com. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our consultancy services and digital products, including ebooks and guides.​​

2. Scope of Services


We provide design consultancy services, downloadable ebooks, and guides related to architecture, interior design, and 3D visualization. These products are for informational purposes only and do not replace personalized professional advice. Products may not be modified, resold, or redistributed without the author’s explicit permission.

3. Account and Payment Information


To purchase a product or service, you may be required to provide personal details and payment information. You confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store credit card information.

4. Digital Products and Downloads

​

  • Digital products are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

  • By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and expressly acknowledge that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal under Portuguese Law (Decree-Law 24/2014, Article 17).

  • All sales of digital products are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a verified technical issue preventing access.

     

5. Consultancy Services

Online Consultations

  • Appointments are scheduled upon payment.

  • Cancellations made between 12 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled consultation incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the consultation, or no-shows, will be charged the full fee (100%).

  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without additional cost. Requests made after these deadlines will not be accepted. Applicable cancellation fee will apply.
     

​In-Person Consultations​

  • Appointments are subject to manual approval. Once approved, you will receive confirmation of the total fee (base fee + €0.60/km round trip from Cascais) and a payment link.

  • Bookings are only secured once full payment is received before the scheduled date.

  • Cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled consultation incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the consultation, or no-shows, will be charged the full fee (100%).

  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without additional cost. Requests made after these deadlines will not be accepted. Applicable cancellation fee will apply.
     

Legal Notice

Under Portuguese Law (Decree-Law 24/2014, Article 17, paragraph l), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to consultancy services provided at a specific date and time.

 

6. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All content, including texts, graphics, videos, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Mar Jabouille unless otherwise stated.

  • Purchases grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

  • Professional or agency licenses are available upon request.

7. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will apply to future transactions only. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.​

8. Limitation of Liability

 

All products and services are provided for informational purposes only. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Mar Jabouille shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from use of our content or services. Clients are responsible for decisions taken based on materials provided.​

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Portugal.
