Booking process & information
In-person consultation bookings are subject to manual approval. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment link. The base fee of 900€ will be applied, plus €0.60/km (round trip from Cascais) for travel expenses. The final amount will be confirmed in your approval email before payment. Please note: the session is only secured once full payment has been received, prior to the scheduled date.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled consultation incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the consultation, or no-shows, will be charged the full fee (100%). Rescheduling Policy In-person appointments may be rescheduled up to 24h before the scheduled start time at no additional cost. Requests made after these deadlines will not be accepted. Applicable cancellation fee will apply. To reschedule, please contact me at mar@marjabouille.com Refunds Fees retained due to late cancellation or no-show are non-refundable. Legal Notice Under Portuguese Law (Decree-Law 24/2014, Article 17, paragraph l), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to consultancy services provided at a specific date and time.
