What’s not included


This session is a strategic design consultation, providing expert guidance and a clear action plan.
It does not include:

  • full design development (interior architecture, technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, or 3D renderings)

  • project management or site follow-up

  • furniture or materials procurement

  • supplier communication, orders, budgeting, or coordination

  • custom design work (bespoke furniture, lighting design, carpentry drawings, etc.)

  • any services within the scope of a full Interior Architecture & Design Project Protocol

Booking process & information

 

Online consultation bookings are scheduled upon online payment in the time of booking.

​

In-person consultation bookings are subject to manual approval. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment link. The base fee of €680 + IVA will be applied, plus €0.60/km (round trip from Cascais) for travel expenses. The final amount will be confirmed in your approval email before payment.​

Please note: the session is only secured once full payment has been received, prior to the scheduled date.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

​

Online Consultations

  • Cancellations made between 12 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled consultation incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the consultation, or no-shows, will be charged the full fee (100%).
     

​In-Person Consultations​​

  • Cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled consultation incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the consultation, or no-shows, will be charged the full fee (100%).
    ​

Rescheduling Policy

Online appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional cost. Requests made after these deadlines will not be accepted. Applicable cancellation fee will apply.

In-person appointments may be rescheduled up to 24h before the scheduled start time at no additional cost. Requests made after these deadlines will not be accepted. Applicable cancellation fee will apply.

Refunds

Fees retained due to late cancellation or no-show are non-refundable.

By booking, you acknowledge that these terms are necessary to secure and protect the reserved consultancy time.

Legal Notice

Under Portuguese Law (Decree-Law 24/2014, Article 17, paragraph l), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to consultancy services provided at a specific date and time.
